Buckeye Basic BarnsOur "Better" line of buildings are called the Buckeye Basic Barns. Customer driven input led us to develop this line of buildings which maintains the structural superiority of the Buckeye Custom Buildings, but features a simplified exterior and lesser price. Material costs are reduced by limiting the decorative overhangs, siding choices, roof pitch and customizations. This savings is passed on to you! The Buckeye Basic Barns were designed to be in a price range everyone can afford, however we didn't sacrifice quality or use any inferior materials. The Buckeye Basic Barns were designed with quality and longevity in mind, this is why they feature the same BuckeyeStrong™ floor system and BuckeyeStrong™ door assembly as our top-of-the-line Buckeye Custom Buildings.
All of the Buckeye Basic Barns are built with a tongue and groove floor with pressure treated runners underneath the floor every two feet. This floor system is enclosed with additional pressure treated materials to further strengthen the floor, enhance the appearance, and to help prevent animals from getting underneath your building. There is no plywood or OSB in this floor system and it is strong enough to support your car!
All of the Buckeye Basic Barns are built with our BuckeyeStrong™ doors which are triple constructed with over 200 specially coated screws and supported by a full length piano hinge. This combination helps to prevent door warping and sagging which is very common on lesser quality storage barn doors.
Also, all of the Buckeye Basic Barns are built with factory primed siding which makes painting a breeze. It has a rough sawn hardboard surface that is 100% clear, it looks natural, it resists dents, checks and cracks. Don't get our siding confused with the lesser quality siding used on the buildings at the home improvement stores. Ask your Buckeye Barns representative for more information.
The Buckeye Basics start at $1,429.00 (or $69 per month) for an 8x10. Smaller sizes are available.

Buckeye Basic - Barn...The "Basic Barn" has 4' sidewalls and the traditional gambrel shaped barn roof. This buildings includes BuckeyeStrong™ solid wooden doors and tongue and groove floor system. Warranties include 5 Year Top-To-Bottom, 25 Year Shingles and Lifetime on pressure treated materials (everything in contact with the ground).
